Dear Post-Race Kristin,
If you’re reading this & it’s October of 2021… Kristin, you made it! You’ve traveled to different cities, different countries, and you’ve spoken about Jesus the whole entire way. You’ve completed the World Race! Did you ever think you’d say that??
I know you never saw it coming, this whole World Race thing, but that’s the incredible thing about faith isn’t it. The Lord sends you, and you do incredible things you would have never given yourself credit enough to even attempt on your own, because you said yes.
You said yes to adventure. You said yes to heartache in order to experience growth. You’ve said yes to healing, and yes to letting the Lord guide your footsteps even from miles away from “home”… Yes, I mean, MILES.
What did you learn? What did you see? I hope you had incredible conversations with the Lord, and encountered your mountain top experiences all around the globe. & yeah, I hope you had to hit a few rough patches too, just so you can know how much sweeter the mountain tops are, and how the Lord sought you out even so long ago, and in the midst of your darkness.
I hope you made lifelong community with the people who came with you as strangers, and they’re now your closest friends and family.
Because you said yes, you’re another step stronger. You’re another step wiser. And you’ve told the one person that needs to hear it, about the Lord that has carried you your whole life.
If you went on this trip to help bring just one person to the Lord, I know you did. I hope you’ve raised $17,600, even if it’s just for that one person, because they’re so worth it. Because they needed to see your light. Because they needed to see Jesus through your eyes. Eternity is priceless. & Kristin, so are you. & after this World Race you’ve completed, I hope you actually believe it.
